Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can generate up to 25 sample upgrade narratives during the trial to see what the platform produces for your specific fleet.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
How are campaigns counted?
A campaign is a single refresh wave — one configuration of outgoing and incoming devices, distributed to one batch of employees. Most enterprises run 1-3 campaigns per year aligned with their hardware procurement cycles.
What happens if I exceed the employee count in my plan?
We'll let you know before any overage and offer a one-time upgrade or a per-employee top-up. We don't surprise-bill.
Is there a discount for multi-year contracts?
Yes. The Enterprise tier includes multi-year pricing. We're happy to discuss for Professional as well — talk to sales.
Can VARs purchase on behalf of customers?
Yes. VARs can purchase the VAR Partner per-device pricing independently of any customer subscription. The two are separate products that compose well together.
