Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the RefreshBrief platform operated by JR Generations LLC. Final legal copy will replace this stub before public launch.

Acceptable use

Customers agree not to use RefreshBrief to send misleading communications, to target individuals outside of legitimate IT communications, or to circumvent rate limits on the public demo.

Service levels

Enterprise contracts include written SLAs. Starter and Professional plans operate on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.
